Airtees Workwear Ltd

All sales are conducted on a trade basis and are subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Prices listed are exclusive of VAT, and VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate where applicable.

Airtees Workwear Ltd agrees to fulfill the customer’s requirements in accordance with the written specifications provided by the customer to Airtees Workwear. Unless otherwise agreed, payment for the ordered goods must be made at the time of placing the order. If payment is not received by the last day of the month following delivery, interest will accrue at the rate of 8% per annum from the date of the invoice.

The company’s payment terms are cash in advance in Sterling for non-account customers. A 30-day credit is available upon completion of a credit account application form and is subject to satisfactory references and credit checks. All accounts are subject to periodic reviews without prior notice.

If the customer wishes to change the design, artwork, or any other aspect of the order, such requests must be submitted in writing to Airtees Workwear. While Airtees Workwear will endeavor to make changes as per the request, the company reserves the right to charge the customer for any additional costs incurred. The customer will be notified of such costs at the time of the request. Airtees Workwear also reserves the right to amend the initial delivery time frame if changes to an order are required. Orders requiring new artwork will not commence until the artwork is signed by the customer.

All goods delivered to the customer by Airtees Workwear remain the company’s sole and absolute property until the customer has paid the agreed price, including any interest for late payment, for those goods and any other goods or services under any other contract.

The customer agrees that the company may, for the purpose of recovering its goods, enter any premises where the goods are stored and may repossess them. The customer acknowledges possession of the goods solely as a bailee or fiduciary for the company until full payment is made.

Non-decorated items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in the original packaging and suitable for resale. Return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds will be covered by Airtees Workwear in cases of company error or faulty materials.

The company makes reasonable efforts to meet delivery and service times, but circumstances beyond its control may hinder this. The company shall not be liable for any damage or losses arising from such circumstances, including strikes and accidents.

Claims regarding incorrect goods, wrong delivery, or damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Failure to provide written notice within this timeframe shall be deemed acceptance of the goods.

In the event of proven defects, the company’s liability shall not exceed the net invoiced cost of the goods, except in cases of proven negligence resulting in death or injury. The company is not liable for consequential losses.

Goods are offered subject to availability, and delivery is deemed to take place at the purchaser’s premises unless otherwise agreed. Delivery charges for UK mainland are outlined based on invoice values.

For international delivery, customers should contact Airtees Workwear for pricing. The company holds no responsibility for items left in specific collection locations by the courier at the customer’s request.

Customers must report shortages, damage, production errors, or non-delivery within 48 hours by telephone and confirm in writing within 3 working days of dispatch. Claims must be supported by the courier’s proof of delivery and a signed delivery note.

All deliveries should be carefully checked upon arrival, and any damaged parcels should be inspected in front of the courier’s delivery person and signed for accordingly.

These terms and conditions do not diminish the customer’s statutory rights. English law applies to this contract, and all disputes are solely dealt with by the UK courts. AirTees Workwear Ltd trades only on these terms and conditions.

You have 28 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once this period has passed, items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Priority deliveries paid for when ordering are customer preference. Unless goods returned are faulty, delivery surcharges cannot be refunded.
