Customised Items:
- Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for customised items unless they arrive faulty or defective.

Exchanges:
- Right now, we don’t have a direct exchange process in place. But no worries! If you want to exchange an item, just follow the returns process we mentioned earlier and place a separate order for the new item you desire.
