To ensure the highest quality of your logo, we require an EPS, TIFF, or AI file. If you don’t have access to these formats, please send us a PDF, EPS, or JPEG file. Our artwork team will review the file and advise if any additional redraw is needed. You will receive your artwork proof via email and text message. Absolutely! We recommend ordering plain samples of our products, especially if you are ordering something new. You can order samples for all our products, and they are charged at the single unit price plus carriage.

Since we stock a wide range of brands, we don’t have a generic size guide. However, we provide a size guide for each brand and product, if applicable. You can return plain garments (no logo) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, including packaging and tags, if available. If you haven’t requested a return within 14 days, we will assume you’re keeping the goods and won’t authorize a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for customized items, as they are bespoke. If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt, and our Customer Support Team may require supporting images to resolve the issue promptly.
