Free Delivery for Orders Over £99
To track your delivery please visit the UPS tracking service by using the tracking number that was sent to your email or you can find it on the ‘my account’ page on the website.
ORDERS:
Subject to stock availability, orders will usually be dispatched two working days after payment has been cleared.
For embroidered and printed goods please allow an additional 5-7 working days depending on capacity.
Orders should arrive within 1-2 working days of being dispatched (Mainland UK).
In the event of a delay, we will contact you.
Your tracking number will be sent to you once we have processed your order.
If you have not received your order past the estimated delivery date then please contact us within 3 working days so we can help.
RETURNS:
We accept returns of any non-modified item within 14 days, providing they are unused or faulty. Please see our returns policy:
Unless the goods or embroidery/print are defective, embroidered/printed or modified items cannot be returned.
Feel free to contact us within 3 working days if you are unsatisfied with your embroidered or printed item.
Dispatch times
We can usually dispatch plain items within 2 working days, but on some brands, this can increase up to 3-5 working days.
Your proposed delivery date will be stated in the order confirmation. If you have ordered a customised item, including logo or text, please look out for an artwork approval email that you will have to approve before we begin production.
Delivery tracking
You will receive an email with tracking code and can find your tracking code in your account section on the website. Simply copy and paste your tracking number onto the following page by clicking here.
Free Delivery on Online Orders
Free delivery is available when you spend over £99 (ex VAT) on our online store.
Shipping Fee For Online Orders
Shipping fee of £6.99 to be paid on orders under £99 ex vat.
Express Shipping
Please contact us after placing your order to organise express delivery for your order.
If you are located outside of the UK, please contact us for International orders and delivery.
Dispatch times
Products without a logo or personalisation will take 1 – 2 working days or 3-5 working days for delivery depending on the product(s).
Products with a logo or personalisation will average 5-7 working days from when artwork is approved.
This can extend beyond the allotted time frame in peak seasons and is subject to stock availability. Should any delays occur, our customer services team will be in touch to provide regular updates as well as alternative garments where appropriate.
Delivery tracking
We use UPS couriers who provide you with full tracking once your order is dispatched. On the morning of the date of delivery, you also receive an email, which gives you a one-hour window for your delivery time.
UPS can also make alternative arrangements with you, such as changing the delivery date or leaving instructions to deliver with a neighbour. To view UPS Tracking click here
